Mid-week Check-ins:
During our 8 weeks of coaching, I will contact you halfway through each week for a 15-minute session to answer any questions you may have.

One winter evening I got home with my kids. They were tired and crying. I remember sitting at my kitchen table looking at them and thinking why they get upset so much? What puts them in such state and how I can help them?
Intuitively I knew there was something I was doing that was fuelling my kids´behaviour but I didn´t know what it was. Many times before I had promised myself to be more patient and not add to my kids´ frustrations, but failed. On that particular evening I decided I needed to look for help and my journey to transform our lives begun.
I still get upset and keep learning but I have come a long way and am able to be there, understand and support my kids through the most challenging of times.
