Mindfulness has the power to help you become aware of how you feel and choose how you want to respond. Mindfulness gives you tools to find patience you need. Most importantly it allows you become the example your children need the most to be able to self-regulate.

As a Mindfulness Coach I will help you understand what mindfulness means. I will help you create the state of mind you need to have a peaceful and loving family where everyone is heard, respected, accepted and loved.

My mindfulness journey with Joanna  started in April 2021. I saw a post about Parenting Coaching in MindfulKids method on Facebook and I felt interested in finding out how it would help my family. 
 
I had a little bit of knowledge about mindfulness but I had not implemented its principles in my life until I became curious in working with Joanna. 
 
There is a sense of easiness and space in each session that it allowed me to relax and open myself up and explore the triggers of my parenting.
